If there was an option to rate their customer service I would give them below 0 stars. If you can’t hire someone who can communicate professionally close the business . It took them 2 hours but still they weren’t able to give me the quote just for the engine oil 🤔.

Very and professional stuff I called them to get a code. I gave them the Vin number all the details that they will need and they told me you will give me a call back in 15 minutes. I waited one hour and then I called them back and they told me that they got it wrong so I gave them the phone number again and you told me you will give me a call back. I waited another hour when I called them back very rude and unprofessional staff told me there were a lot of service that I should go somewhere else and I researched all those people give them some stars. It’s either their friends family member never done a service there but these people very unprofessional stuff very rude people. I don’t know how you do business with this attitude.

Richard was busy but took the time to explain what he found and the overall status of my equipment, plus answered all our questions.
